This weeks beer is Voodoo Rangers American Haze. Launched in 2017, the Voodoo Ranger IPA series has quickly become a foundational pillar of the New Belgium portfolio.

Voodoo Ranger American Haze pours cloudy orange with an off-white head that disappears quickly. The aroma is fruity with stone fruit at the forefront, with a touch of grapefruit. At first sip you get a burst of tropical fruit followed by a mellow hop finish. Medium body, with moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate. With a middle of the road ABV of 5% and a IBU of 30, American Haze is one of the more sessionable IPAs from New Belgium Voodoo series. This beer would pair perfectly with some grilled fish or a light summer salad. American Haze is available at Peco’s Liquor all week at 15% off.

New Belgium was founded in 1991 in Fort Collins, Colorado, the company expanded to Asheville, North Carolina, in 2016 and Denver, Colorado, in 2018, and is now the fourth largest craft brewery in the U.S.

Thanks Jamie! Yep, I can definitely see how I could focus more on the relationship and less on the individual emotions. Gusella Mason Brody
